The worst kind of gangster!
Michael Kupperman is the kind of comic artist beloved by many nerds of many stripes: comedy nerds, computer nerds, even actual comic book nerds, even though the closest he gets to a superhero strip is a series staring a snake and a talking piece of bacon. Kupperman's humor is surreal, but with a sweet core of universally appealing silliness. You may crack open Tales Designed to Thrizzle Vol. 2 having no idea about his work or what the hell he's talking about, but if you aren't even slightly amused by the fact that the second strip is titled "FART BOOBS," then you've either suffered a major tragedy recently (my apologies) or have a limited understanding of English, at least the fun parts.
