Walking down Valencia Street outside of Mission Cheese: A guy and girl, probably not more then 22 years old, wearing very expensive-looking skinny jeans, boots, and scarves. She is carrying a designer handbag.

She (mid-sentence): ... and techies, and they all live in the Mission! It's awesome.

He: Yeah.

She: Oakland is getting pretty cool too though.

He: It's getting safer.

She: Yeah, now it's, like, a bunch of people just a little older than us moving there. People live there now.

He: Yeah.

She: You know what Oakland is? It's like the Brooklyn of the Bay.
