What’s your writing process like?

Man, I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. It’s pretty lazy at the moment since I’m going around yakking about writing instead of doing it. I like to write in the morning and at night. I think there’s a dead zone between 12 and 4. I don’t know why. There aren’t enough shadows during that time. I like to catch that part of the day before a lot of consciousness is active. I try to put in at least 3-4 hours. I used to write in the middle of the night in my grad school days. Now I’m old, and that happens less. I wake up in the middle of the night, and I’ll just watch Louie.
